What is THE CWPT? 

The Catalonia Workshop in Political Theory is a scholarly forum held once a year, bringing together researchers at all career stages to present and discuss innovative work in political theory, both abstract and applied. The workshop offers a dynamic space for intellectual exchange, encouraging rigorous debate and critical reflection on contemporary theoretical questions in an engaging academic setting.

Participants explore a wide range of themes, including identity, justice, democracy, equality, freedom, and peace and conflict. With a strong emphasis on constructive feedback and open dialogue, the workshop provides an opportunity to share ongoing research, refine ideas, and build connections within a diverse community of political theorists from different backgrounds and perspectives.
